• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are delivered.

• All payments are to be made via PayPal (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• Timeline varies based on the package selected.

• Any delay in providing feedback, materials, or approvals may affect the delivery date.

• I’ll communicate any delays from my side clearly and in advance.

• Each package includes a set number of revisions, as stated in the service details.

• Revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.

• Revisions are meant to refine existing concepts — not to restart from scratch.

• Final approved designs are fully yours upon full payment.

• I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio and on social media (unless agreed otherwise).

• Unused concepts or drafts remain my intellectual property.

• Because all work is custom-designed, I do not offer refunds.

• I strive to ensure your satisfaction through clear communication and included revisions.

• All communication will be done via email, Behance DM, or WhatsApp (by request).

• Please provide timely feedback to ensure smooth progress.

• If the client cancels the project after it has started, the deposit will not be refunded.

• If I (the designer) must cancel due to unforeseen reasons, I will refund the deposit.

• Final files will be delivered via Google Drive and include: PDF presentation, PNG + SVG logo files.

• Final files will be available for download for up to 30 days after project completion. Please make sure to save them promptly.
